Vicki graduated from Elmhurst High School, and served as a Teaching Assistant for over thirty years with Fort Wayne Community Schools at Elmhurst High School.
Vicki is survived by her children, James K. Vaughn of Fort Wayne and Angela B. Vaughn, both of Fort Wayne. She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Vaughn.
Private interment at Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
