Amy was born June 23, 1965, in Fort Worth. She graduated from Texas Christian University with her undergraduate degree and from the University of Texas at Austin with her MBA. She worked numerous years at Harris Hospital HEB and then for American Airlines, where she enjoyed years of traveling. Amy's passions were sewing, cooking and playing games. She enjoyed her business, Amy's Curtains, for several of the last years of her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Shirley Peterson.
Survivors: Her only son, Alexander Charles Williams; brother, Charles George Peterson Jr.; sisters, Susan Chaney of Farmers Branch, Nancy Becknell of Quanah and Rebecca Atwell of Colleyville; her sisters and brothers-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews.
