It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Anthony Leal, who left us on September 20, 2025, at the age of 21. He was a beloved son, father, partner, grandson, uncle, nephew, and friend. His presence will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Born on May 9, 2004, in Fort Worth, Texas, Anthony was the cherished son of Jennifer Wallace and her husband Paul, and the son of Rico Leal. Anthony was family-oriented, caring, and loyal, with a big heart that showed in everything he did. He had a silly and funny side that brought joy and laughter to those around him, often lighting up a room with his comical nature, cute dimples, and gentlemanly ways. Creative and crafty, Anthony had a love for music, baseball, and spending time with his dog, Little, whose companionship brought him comfort and happiness. Anthony found pride and purpose in his work in the HVAC industry, where his determination and strong work ethic shone through.
Anthony’s greatest joy in life was being a father. He loved nothing more than spending time with his little girl, Delaney, who was the light of his world. He also cherished moments with his niece, Claire, whose laughter and energy always brought a smile to his face.
Anthony was preceded in death by his grandmother, Brenda Hogan.
He is deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his mother Jennifer Wallace and her husband Paul, his father Rico Leal, his siblings Christian, Victoria, Jacob, and Joshua, his daughter Delaney, and his partner Madison. He is also remembered with love by his grandparents Gary Hogan, Carole and Jose Loya, and Rose Beard, his niece Claire, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins who will forever cherish his memory.
A celebration of Anthony’s life will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Laurel Land Funeral Home, 7100 Crowley Road, Fort Worth, TX 76134. The family deeply appreciates the outpouring of love, prayers, and support during this difficult time.
