Arther Lee Carr

Arther Lee Carr was born May 28, 1951 in Royce City, Texas to the Parentage of Chausin and Birlee Davis, Carr.

Arther accepted Christ in his early 20's and united with a local Church In Fort Worth, Texas. Arther attended and graduated from Royce City High School

In 1973 Arther met the love of his life Mary Lee Jenkins Carr they remained happily married for

48 glorious years. He was employed at Alcon Laboratory for 29 years until his retirement in 2013.

Arther enjoyed fishing =, barbecuing and entertaining his many friends. He was the President of The Poor Boys Social and Charity Club for 34 years.

Arther was preceded in death by his parents, Chausin and Birlee Carr, his sister Ola Sneed, brothers, Sammie, Henry and Jacky Carr; brother-in-law Frank Winkfield.

Left with fond and precious memories are his loving and devoted wife, Mary Carr, sons, George Jenkins and Clay Skinner; daughter, Sharon Jenkins; brothers, Chausin Carr (Annette), Charles Carr; sisters, Annie Hughes, Betty Colbert (Frank), Verdell Carr, Mary Carr, Thelma Carr-Winkfield and Jeri Rimel. Three grandchildren, Brenda, Keondra, DeShaun and Christian; four great grandchildren, Bralen, Bremya, Trinity and Zechariah and a host of other relatives and his many friends.
