Barbara Ann Johnson was born to Pinkney Mervin Johnson Jr and Lois Marie Young on March 1, 1948, in Fort Worth, Texas.
She was raised with four siblings. Barbara accepted Christ at an early age attending Wesley Chapel and Mount Nebo in Fort Worth, Tx.
She attended public School and graduated from Milton Kirkpatrick High School class of 1966.
After high school Barbara began a lifelong career in Home Healthcare and Housekeeping. She enjoyed cooking and gardening.
In 1982 Barbara welcomed her one and only son Mervin Dewayne Jobe.
Barbara Ann made her transition December 9th, 2025. She is survived by her son Mervin Jobe, grandsons Mervin Jr and Mason Jobe, sister Linda Gentry (Ennis), and a host of nephews, nieces, and cousins.
She is proceeded in death by her parents Pinkney and Lois Johnson, sister Patricia, and brothers Otis and Marvin Johnson.
