

Throughout her career, Bernice worked in medical office management, serving several doctors’ associations with dedication and professionalism. She had a deep appreciation for art, reading, gardening and found her greatest joy in her role as “Nana,” a title she cherished dearly.
Bernice was preceded in death by her parents, D.L. and Edith Green; her brother, Ralph Green; and her daughter, Deborah Tidwell. Her Companion, friend & travel partner John Ludington.
She is survived by her son, Tom Ragland and wife Michelle; her daughter, Denice Bonnell; and her brother, Darwin Green. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren: Angie and husband Travis, Rob, Sarah and husband Brendan, Courtney, Katelyn and husband Jonathan, Matthew, Meagan, Michelle, and Will. Her legacy continues through her great-grandchildren: Sydney, Carlee and wife Ally, Leiland and husband Chris, Brooklyn, Korbin, Lee, Dyna, Julian, Maddie, Sophia, Tyler, Declan, Rowan, and Killian. Bernice is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on January 31, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Laurel Land Funeral Home of Fort Worth, located at 7100 Crowley Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76134. A committal service will follow at the same location from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
