Billie was a dedicated worker. She began working in her teens and continued to work into her late 70s. She was a feisty Lady and will be missed by family and friends.
Billie is survived by her daughter Fonda Howard. Grandchildren: Russell Howard, Amy Perez and husband Authur, Rusty Lynn Steves, Randy Blakley and wife Donna, Bobby Joe Blakley. Great Grandchildren: Alyssa Howard, Daimon Perez, Noah Perez, Cole Howard, Shelby Howard, Hayden Howard, Jessie Jolley and wife Katelyn, Cameron Blakley Dillon Blakley. Great Great Grandchildren: Presley Baston, Lennon Baston, and Charlotte Jolley.
Billie was preceded in death by her parents, Daughters: Rita Foy Howard, Marilyn Hammack, and Stepdaughter Sharon Howard. Son: Ralph (Rusty) Howard Jr. Sister: Melinda Smith. Brothers: Clyde Smith, Loyd Smith, Milton Smith, Marvin Smith, Carl Smith, Buford Smith, Larry Smith, and John Tom Smith. Son-in-law: Jackie Hammack.
