Billie is preceded in death by three sons, Jackie Manning, Douglas Manning and Brian Manning, her father, Bill Waxler and in-laws, Bob and Era Manning.
Survivors: She is survived by her husband Jack Manning; son, Curtis Manning; mother, LaVone Emanuel; sisters; Nita Young and Debbie Torrez; grandchildren; Steven Manning (Maria), Maggie Manning (Josh); nine great-grandchildren, Chy, Sissy, Kayla, Joshua, Lucas, Joseph, Elvin, Jackeline and Kenner; dear friends, Sue and John McCright.
