Billie True Powell Morton joined her beloved husband Charles Morton on March 11, 2026, in their heavenly home. Billie was born on November 21, 1938, to Cullen and Ruth Powell in Colorado City, Texas. Billie attended Abilene Christian College before marrying her true love on October 9, 1965, and moving to Rendon, Texas in 1970 until departing.
Billie devoted her life to her family and countless animals while gardening.
Billie is preceded in death by her brothers Edsel, Doyce, baby boy Charles and her sister Bettye.
Billie leaves behind a brother Troy Powell, son Troy (Teri) Morton of Fort Worth, daughter Terrie (Mark) Spann of Rendon, four grandchildren Morgan, Lindy, Kate, and Leo.
