Bonnie was born Oct 9, 1927 in Crafton, TX to Harry and Pearl Martin. She was one of twelve children. She married Carl James “Jimmy” Thompson on July 28, 1951 and they made a home for their two daughters, Trudy and Carla, in Fort Worth and Euless, where the girls graduated from Trinity High School and went on to graduate from the University of Texas at Austin. After her husband’s death, Bonnie moved to Friendswood, TX.
Bonnie is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy; and son in law, Richard Stinson.
She is survived by daughters, Trudy Thompson Rice and Carla Thompson Stinson; granddaughter, Jordan; grandson, Jon; sister, Betty and husband Johnny Jones; sister in law, Juanelle Morris; and many loving friends, niece, nephews and their families.
