Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Ed Owens Sr. and Evelyn Donahey.
Survivors: Son, Jeffrey Scott Hopkins; grandchildren, Devin and Kallen Hopkins; siblings, Ed Owens Jr. and wife, Joyce, Alison Blum and husband, Rod, Sue Boukercha and husband, Yousef, Patricia Hoenig and husband, Walter, and Sharon Newton; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
