Carolyn was born in Cumberland, Maryland to parents, William and Edna Griffin. Carolyn was strong, yet giving and caring. She loved children, and that showed in her love to her own two boys, Michael and John, and in the love and dedication that she showed in her profession. Carolyn was a traveling nurse, specializing in NICU care for more than 30 years. A beloved mother and caregiver at heart will be dearly missed.
Carolyn is survived by her son, John Antman, and daughter-in-law, Amanda Fain; son, Michael Antman; stepson, Christopher Beal, his wife Kim, and their children.
The family will receive friends during visitation on Thursday, June 11, 2020 from 6pm to 8pm. A funeral service in Carolyn's memory will be held Friday, June 12, 2020 at 10a.m., both services at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel. Carolyn will be laid to rest at Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park, following the service.
