Graveside service: 2 p.m. Friday in Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel.
Cecil was born Feb. 22, 1949, in Shelby, Tenn., to R.L. and Arlene Marvin Logan. He owned and ran C&C Auto Services for nearly 40 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Martha Dillard.
Survivors: Sons, Cecil R Loggan Jr., Chris Sanchez and Michael Villanueva; daughter, Tiffany Thetford; sisters, Lilly Fay Cleveland, Flossie Dillard, Jeanette Loggan and Lorrine Petty; grandchildren, Cecil A. Loggan, Daniel L. Loggan, Christine Loggan, Ryan Christopher Sanchez, Alexys Sanchez, Madison Sanchez, and Stephen Michael Sanchez; great-grandchildren, Gracie and Lia Sanchez; as well as numerous other family members.
