Celina was born May 18, 1953 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Raul & Idalia (Serna) Munoz. She enjoyed spending time with family at celebrations. She was straightforward, and she always told it like it was. She enjoyed her life to the fullest.
Celina was preceded in death by her parents, Raul and Idalia Munoz; brothers, Armando, Rufino and Rolando; and sister, Velma Perez.
She is survived by her brothers, Roberto (Norma) Munoz, Raul (Maria) Munoz; and sisters, Idalia (Israel) Tamez, and Gracie Espinoza (Steve); as well as, numerous nieces and nephews that she loved and adored.
