Charles in survived by his three of six children, Sandi Watson of Fort Worth, Jerry Cooper of Grand Prairie, and Terri Hawkins of Roanoke. Charles is preceded in death by his Mother Margie Simmank, Father William Raymond Cooper, Son Chuck Cooper, Daughter Kathy Andrews, Daughter Debi Dyer, along with many beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Charles was born on February 18th, 1929 in Westminster, Texas. He attended Sunset High School in Dallas, Texas. Afterwards, he joined the United States Navy and served during World War II.
Visitation is scheduled for Thursday January 2nd, 2025 from 5pm-7pm at Laurel Land Funeral Home at 7100 Crowley RD. Fort Worth, Texas 76134. Celebration of Life is scheduled for Friday, January 3rd, 2025 at 11am at Olive Place Baptist Church at 3283 Olive Pl. Fort Worth, Texas 76116
