

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Debra Ann Fagan, who left us December 27th 2025 at the age of 74. She was a beloved nana, mother, daughter, sister, and friend and her presence will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Born on September 17th 1951 in Fort Worth Tx, she was the child of Janette Dixon and Marion Fagan. Throughout her life, Debra Ann Fagan was known for being the life of the party, Camping trips, and her love for the beach especially Port Aransas. She graduated from O.D. Wyatt High school in 1969. She graduated from Tarleton State University in 1981 with a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness. She worked at Alcon for 26 years and retired at 65. She then went back to work at Galderma and retired at 71. She was an animal lover especially when it came to her dogs. She had a black lab/ Rhodesian ridgeback named Duke who was waiting for her at the rainbow bridge and a Australian shepherd named Beau who is holding it down here. She was also an avid pink Yeti collector.
Debra Ann Fagan is survived by her daughter Miranda Fagan, her grandchildren Jacob Adair, Kaylee Adair, her mother Janette Fagan, her sisters Marianne Pena, Annette Elizondo and husband Henry Elizondo, her nieces and nephews Rachel Elizondo, Daniel Elizondo and his wife Jennifer Elizondo, Adam Carter, Aaron Turner, and wife Lindsey, Amy Freeman and husband Scott Freeman, Andrea Pena, her great nieces and nephews Addelyn Elizondo, Aubrey Elizondo, Avery Elizondo, Zander Carter, Ethan Carter, Mia Elizondo, Braedon McElroy, Gracyn Freeman, William (Knox) Freeman, Everett Turner, Aiden Guel, and many more family and friends.
Debra Ann Fagan was preceded in death by her father Marion Fagan and her sister Linda Fagan-Carter Turner.
The Family invites relatives and friends to a celebration of Debra Ann Fagan’s life on January 8, 2025 at 10:00am to be held at Laurel Land Funeral Home. The family deeply appreciates the outpouring of love, prayers, and support during this difficult time. Debra Ann Fagan’s legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
