Funeral: 2 p.m. Wednesday at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Destiny was born July 2, 1997, in Fort Worth. She attended Waxahachie High School. Destiny loved music, singing and taking pictures. She was loved by everyone who knew her and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Bud and Ethel Brown, Elizabeth Collins and George Schoolcraft; and stepfather, Robert Parker.
Survivors: Mother, Patricia Parker; father, James Rackley; brother, James "Bubs" Rackley; sister, Isabell Parker; grandparents, Rene and Mark Hammitt, Larry Brown, Maudie Jackson, James Rackley, Jim Parker and Sharon Parker; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other extended family and friends.
