Eric began life with Patricia Manning, started a family, and they together raised five children. Throughout the years, Eric had several jobs employed with Moritz Cadillac and was employed with a 3D T-shirt company, and held many different jobs over the years.
Eric followed in the footsteps of his mother and sister as the pit master for the family functions, which he got close to mastering but not quite.
He was one of a kind who devoted his life to his children Connie, Courtney, Corey, Codie and Molly. He loved all his grandchildren, and all his family.
Eric made sure to send endless memes daily and stayed in contact with family and friends as much as possible.
Eric was a true Brother, Cousin, Friend, and Uncle-he was unmatched.
If you knew him well, he was a die-hard TCU and Cowboys fan, mainly TCU. He loved a good rodeo and The Golden Gloves every now and then.
Being around family brought him joy, and if you ever needed him, he was there: a ride, to cook, to talk to, drink-you name it. If it was a family function and he knew about it, he would be there.
Eric also had a love for motorcycles and classic cars which he never purchased his own but loved to ride. He also has a hidden talent for the arts; he was an amateur artist who loved to doodle and draw.
Eric loved to cook and had a sweet tooth for German chocolate cake and his niece’s apple pie.
Eric leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Patricia; his children Connie, Courtney, Corey, Codie (friend Tazzy), Co’ Miyah “Molly”; his brothers Stanley Sr. (Cassie) and Michael Craig, sister Myrhonda, his twelve grandchildren, Aunts, nieces and nephews, a host of cousins and his extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Nathaniel and Viola Johnson, his sister Pamela Compton, his niece Ericka Camp, grandmother Lobie Johnson and his mother-in-law Carolyn Cato.
