Service: Graveside service will be 11 am, Monday, November 21, 2011 at Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park with Pastor Nathan Tucker officiating. Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Sunday, November 20, 2011 at the funeral home.
Forrest was born on January 28, 1919 in Forney, Texas to Bernie William Chandler and Francis Ragland.
Survivors: He is survived by his loving wife of 74 years; 2 daughters; 4 granddaughters; 3 great-granddaughters; 2 great-grandsons; and his sister.
