An Inurnment will be held at Laurel Land - Rose Hill Memorial Park at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 20, 2025.
James was born in Little Rock, AR to James E. and Francis L. Brewer on April 6, 1945. He went to school in Fort Worth. James married Elizabeth Talmadge on October 24, 1975. He graduated from Eastern Hills High School and worked as a tennis and yoga instructor for many years.
James is preceded in death by his parents, his wife and three step-sons.
James is survived by his children Theresa Laseter and Michael Talmadge, as well as many step-grandchildren. He was an only child. He was the best Dad anyone could ask for and will be sorely missed by his family and many friends.
