

MEMORIAL SERVICE: will be held at Laurel Land Funeral Home, 7100 Crowley Road, Fort Worth, TX 76134 at 1 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 4, 2019. We will be having a celebration of Kent’s life Bronco’s Sports Bar and Grill, 900 Airport Fwy #166, Hurst, TX 76054 at 4 p.m., Aug. 4, 2019.
Kent was born and grew up in Fort Worth, TX, where he attended Trinity High School. Kent met the woman who would become his love and wife, Terri, at a country western dance hall, on a date arranged by their close friends. Kent and Terri were married Apr. 12, 1986. Kent and Terri enjoyed traveling wherever they could find a warm beach and cool drink/breeze. Kent loved spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his friends. Kent also spent several years coaching softball and baseball, cheering on each of his three beautiful children. Kent and Terri spent their life together raising their three children. Kent’s example of joy, generosity, and kindness towards all others will always be greatly treasured by his wife and children.
SURVIVORS: Loving wife, Terri and their three children, Kasie and her fiancé Jacob, Kory, and Kelli; Kent’s parents, Pete, Linda, and Peter; Kent’s brother Todd, his wife Theresa, their son Ty, daughter Tory, her husband Kenneth, and their son Elliot; sister Kim, her husband Jeff, and their two daughters Rachel and Amy; Terri’s parents, Lloyd and Sue; Terri’s brother Jeff, his wife Lori, their three sons Travis, Dillon, and Carson, and Dillon’s children, Ethan and Addison.
