Jo was born in Waxahachie, Texas to Lula Mae Davis on September 2, 1934. She married John Alfred Lambert on July 20, 1968. She worked as a hairdresser for Town West Beauty Salon for over 30 years. She was involved in various car clubs, bowling leagues and was a band booster supporter for her oldest grandchildren. She loved to cook, sew, travel, and being around friends and family.
Jo was preceded in death by her mother, Lula Mae Davis; brother, Monte; sister, Sandra; husband, John Lambert; and son, Lloyd Bullard.
Jo is survived by her brother, Orvile; sister, Brenda; daughter, Tonia Nolan and her husband, Kenneth Nolan; daughter-in-law, Beth Bullard; grandchildren, Kristi Burnett and her husband, Corey; Daniel Bullard and his wife, Amber; Charles Bullard, Brent Stapp and his wife, Joan, and Chessie Bullard. Jo also had six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
