Jose Maria Sotelo, 76, of Fort Worth, passed away Friday August 30, 2019. Funeral Mass: 12:30 pm Wednesday September 4, 2019 at Laurel Land Chapel of Chimes. Visitation: 6pm to 8 pm Tuesday September 3, 2019 at Laurel Land Chapel of Chimes with Rosary beginning at 7 pm. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park. Jose was born in Guadalupe Coahuila on May 20, 1943 to Guadalupe and Valentina Sotelo. He was married to Yolanda Sotelo on December 28, 1973, in Villa Union Coahuila, and was a Rancher for Armageddon Ranch. He had a passion for roosters, horses, and wrestling. He will be greatly missed. Jose is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Yolanda; and sister, Rosa Maria. He is survived by his children, Jose Ma Sotelo Jr, and wife Ruth, Lidia Elizabeth Aviles, and husband Jorge, Letilia Lee, and Chris, and Alicia Sanchez, and husband Vincent; grandchildren, Joseph Lane Sotelo, Katelyn Alundra Sotelo, Jonathan Aviles, Christopher Aviles, Camryn Lee, Laycee Caffey, Carson Lee, Annabelle Lee, Eric Olalde, Tyler Olalde, Ava Sanchez, Nichole Sanchez, and Nicholas Sanchez; siblings, Juan Sotelo, Uvaldina Meza, Pedro Sotelo, and Lupe Sotelo.
