He was born in Whitney, Texas on November 24, 1944. Leonard made his way to Arlington, Texas, where he worked for over 50 years with Evans Vacuum Co.
Leonard was an active member in his church and taught Sunday school classes. He had a passion for catching catfish, playing Bingo, and listening to oldies and watching old westerns.
He is preceded in death by his father John J. Dicenzo, his mother Ruth Dicenzo, and his brother John Dicenzo.
Leonard is survived by his sister Cindy Gallegoz and her husband Edward, his brother Steve Dicenzo, his nieces Lyndsey Gallegoz Villarreal and Patricia Gallegoz Garcia, his nephew Martin Gallegoz, and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
Leonard was a friend to many, and he will always be remembered as a kind and loving person. He will be greatly missed.
Family will have their own private gathering to honor his life.
