He was born in Dallas, TX on September 5, 1950. He attended Carter High School in Dallas, TX. Marshall loved his family more than anything. He owned his own excavation business for many years, and loved working with dirt. He had a passion for horses and team roping. He participated in many rodeos throughout the years.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Shannon Lynne Sherman, his sister Melba Hughes, his brother Rodney Busby, and his brother John Dewayne Landers.
He is survived by his son Shane Landers (Jennifer) of Fort Worth; Grandchildren Dillion Hiberd (Amber), Dakota Forrester, Samantha Gandee, and Savannah Sanchez (Gallo) all of Weatherford, and Caden and Grayson Landers of Fort Worth; Great Grandchildren Carter and Madelyn Hiberd, Vanessa and Valentine Sanchez, and Krue Miller; Parents Johnny and Frances Landers and Anna Joyce Odom; Sisters Marjan Landers, Pam Landers Vaughn (Eddie), Charlotte Busby Fluellen and Linda Landers, and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
