Martha Delores Hand

and went home to be with her Lord and Savior, along with many loved ones,

who preceded her on April 20, 2022.

She is the youngest child of Thomas Walter Lowe and Roxie Ada Smith Lowe,

the parents of eleven kids. Delores graduated from Polytechnic High School,

and married James Edmund Hand on June 13, 1947 – just two days after her

seventeenth birthday. She went to work for Bell Telephone as an operator.

Delores is the very wonderful Christian mother of three sons and two

daughters.

Delores is survived by son Edmund Wayne Hand and wife Ruby Faye Hand of

Crowley, daughter Connie Sue Hand Floyd of Arlington, James Eric Hand of Fort

Worth, daughter Lesley DeAnn Hand Moss and husband TimMuirheid of Fort

Worth, as well as grandchildren Melinda Monasco of Arlington, Christine Hand

Jones and husband Adam Jones of Dallas, and Kalista Moss of Fort Worth,

granddaughters by marriage Emily Kaye Richardson Ardoin of Fort Worth, Abby

Muirheid of Fort Worth and Caroline Muirheid of Fort Worth, and great

granddaughter, Lauren Monasco, and great grandchildren by marriage Allison

Cochran, Micheal Andre Lopez, Logan Paul Ardoin, Carolyn Richardson and J.D.

Richardson as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and even six great

greatgrandchildren by marriage.

Delores was preceded in death by her husband James Edmund Hand, her son

Walter Alan Hand, her granddaughter’s husband Jonathan Monasco, grandson

by marriage Tony Richardson of Brownfield, great great-grandson by marriage

Jackson Cochran, and by her parents Walter Thomas Lowe and Roxie Ada

Smith Lowe, and by all of her siblings, which include sisters Gurtha Mae Lowe

Prater, Irene Mattie Lowe Bogle, Olene Lowe, Margie Edith Lowe Fletcher

Maxwell, and Janie Marie Lowe Gerbaz, and brothers Joe Lowe, Vernon Thomas

Lowe, Roy Walter Lowe, Ralph Charlie Lowe, and Eugene Lowe

A visitation will occur from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Laurel Land FH - Ft Worth, 7100 CROWLEY RD, FORT WORTH, TX 76134.

A funeral service will occur Thursday, April 28, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Laurel Land FH - Ft Worth, 7100 CROWLEY RD, FORT WORTH, TX 76134.

A committal service will occur Thursday, April 28, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Laurel Land Memorial Park - FW, 7100 CROWLEY RD, FORT WORTH, TX 76134.
