I was always called "angel poopoo girl" as much as I hated the name and wanted any other nickname in the world... I'm missing my job of being the guardian angel but I know she's sure doing a great job right now. I'm okay enough to walk through this slowly, mama I'll do it but I still need you. Don't stop watching over me. You're still raising me.

There will be a family service for Mary on Wednesday July 29 at 12 noon at her home in  , in Burleson Texas.  Jerry Maynard

I’ll always carry the good memories of the Navy days in Norfolk. The first time I ever seen potato salad made with mashed potatoes was when you fed them to me. Did not know it was potato salad and put gravy on it.  Will think of you often while Jesus cradles you in his arms. Rest In Peace old friend.

 I will always think of my mother as the wisest woman I have ever known. It was because of her pushing me to save money for years, that I was able to buy my own house.  She was always there for me and my children, even through the worst of times. Mom I love you.

My grandmother,or MIMI,has always taken care of me and looked after me,seems like forever.when I was bad she forgave me and taught my how to do things the right way.I love her very much.

Mary K. Maynard was a wise woman and almost always knew what to do in difficult situations. She had the most amazing common sense I could ever want to learn from her. That wise woman was my biological grandmother and mother by choice. I could just pray that her knowledge about handling things simply will rub off. I love you forever, Mother. Continue to keep me in check!

I was married to my beautiful wife Mary for 55 years in Dec .She was a beautiful person who lived for her family and grandchildren. She raised them,taught them and cared for their every need. Mary  was a great wife and my best friend.I loved and liked her very much. Jerry
             

Thank you for the wonderful good times we had growing up together.  Your happy nature, beautiful smile, terrific personality and kindness to everyone is a credit to you.  I think of you often, now and more in the future......You, Shirley Ann and I had so much fun together over the years.....too much to share here.   Time passes too quickly, and what we have now are our cherished memories of time spent together. 

 Please know that... You will always be in my heart, Dear Mary.

Mary and I grew up together
  We always had lots of fun and we never argued.  We were a hapoy bunch.  We had a lot of cousins and we would go to our grandparents house on Sunday after church and all play together.  We talked to each other on the phone frequently and I will miss her so much and I will always  love her and 
She will be in my thoughts and heart forever.

Mary welcomed me into the family immediately.  She showed amazing hospitality each time I came to her house.   That meant so much since all of them were strangers to me in the beginning.  She loved her husband, son and grandchildren  so very much.  Her family was her world.
