Cay was born September 1, 1955 in Dallas, Texas to J.H. & Elizabeth Lowe. Most all her younger years were spent growing up in Arlington, TX and is where she attended Arlington High School and met the love of her life, L.C. Piggott. They married in September of 1973 and she began her life as a devoted wife and mom. Over the years Cay spent countless hours volunteering at the kid’s schools, helping in the shop with the trucks, shuffling animals and kids to stock shows, keeping books for the trucking business among many other things. Her love for all animals never stopped. She could cook a pecan pie like no other and was always actively looking for and trying new recipes. Her sewing abilities were astounding, no pattern needed for her. She had the ability to look at something go home and make it. She loved crafting and above all she may have raised heck about them, but at the end of the day she hands down absolutely loved the Mack trucks that LC brought home on her birthdays!
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents and siblings. Survivors include her husband of 45 years Leonard Carroll Piggott. Children, Daughter; Catherine “Kitty” Marie Moak of Alvarado, Daughter; Carol Frankie Bryson and husband Shad of Joshua, Son; Leonard “Little Lenny” Piggott of Alvarado, Grandsons; Seth Moak, and Easton Bryson and a host of many extended family and friends.
