Melba Denise Williams was born on September 4, 1984 to Gail Williams and Melvin Davis.
She matriculated through the Fort Worth Independent School District and was a 2003 graduate of Paul Laurence Dunbar High School.
Her life became more blessed with the additions of her two wonderful children, Asia Owens and Donti Roy, Jr..
In 2004, she married her love, Donti Roy, Sr..
Melba loved to sing, dance, and be around those whom she cherished. She made a decision to further her education, so she enrolled at Remington College and received her CNA Certification.
Melba was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Davis and her grandmother, Sarah Laster.
Melba's memories will forever be in the hearts of her husband, Donti Roy, Sr.; her children, Asia Owens (Sammie Williams) and Donti Roy, Jr.; grandchildren, Sammie, Samir, and Sami'Huad; mother, Gail Williams; sisters, Danielle Davis and LaTonya Williams; brothers, Melvin Davis and Robert Williams; 13 nieces and nephews; parent in-laws, John and Jeanetta Love; stepmother, Pamela Davis; best friend, Denise "Pooh" Walker; and a host of other relatives.
