Her life will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, in the chapel of Gregory W. Spencer Funeral Directors, with the Reverend Mary Schultz officiating. Octavia will be laid to rest in the garden at Cedar Hill Memorial Park.
Friends may visit as she lie asleep, Monday 1-9:30 p.m. with the family present 8:30 -9:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Survivors: left with unfading memories parents; Desmond Watkins,and Yasmin Watkins, brother; Desmond Watkins Jr. sister Gabriella Watkins, grandparents; Johnny & Marletta Watkins, Amelia Saldivar, great-grandparents, Arthur Lee Conley, Lorraine Young, and a host of other relatives, classmates and friends.
