Funeral: 3 pm at Laurel Land Memorial Chapel in Fort Worth.
Patricia was born on January 18, 1955 to Charles and Marilyn Stauffer Sr. in Bellaire, Ohio. Her family will remember her as a loving wife, mother and grandmother; she will be missed by all who love her.
She has joined her husband, Edward M Graham Jr. in Heaven.
Patricia leaves behind to cherish her memory her son, Rocky Graham and wife Gina; daughter, Rachael Graham; grandchildren, Paxtyn, Brock, Beau; siblings, Carol Cline, Sandy Edwards, Inez Daughtery, Stephen Stauffer, Russell Stauffer, Mary Viars, Gary Stauffer, Tina Stauffer, Daniel Stauffer and Marcie Neil.
