Precious Memories

Patricia Lane was born to the late Samarian and Esther Lane on July 27, 1950. As a baby, she was raised by her uncle and aunt, the late David and Ethel Freeman. She attended Baker Chapel Arican Methodist Episcopal Church where she later served in the Youth Department.

Patricia attended IM Terrell High School where she joined the band and played the trumpet. She went on to attend college at Paul Quinn in Waco, TX. She later met Edd Gray, Jr. and was married and blessed with two daughters. They eventually parted ways.

Patricia worked as a County Clerk for the City of Fort Worth for several years and later became manager at local convenient store.

Patricia became a care giver to her parents that became ill and cared for them for several years until their deaths. She then went on to care for her grandchildren as well has extended family.

She was preceded in death by her sisters Dave Evelyn Elder and Laurel Thomas. She leaves one sister, Faith Simms of New York. She also leaves behind two daughters, Eddtrice {Trice} Biddle (David), Biannaca Jennings (Thadius). Grandchildren Jerron Gipson, Darren Howard, Jr., Kianna Gray and Kiannu {Angel} Gabriel. Great grandchildren Marquis Kingsbury, Jr., Jamal Harris, Jeremiah Harris, and Katana Gabriel; Niece, Nephew, family and friends.
