NORTH RICHLAND HILLS -- Patricia Louise Koelzer, 77 a retired Legal Secretary from the Ft. Worth Court of Appeals, died Monday, January 9, 2011 at a Bedford hospital. FUNERAL: 11 a.m. Thursday at Shannon Rufe Snow. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Pat was born November 9, 1933 Joplin, MO where she graduated from Buckner High School and Joplin Business College. She moved with her family to this area in 1965. Pat was preceded in death by her beloved son Ronnie J. Koelzer. SURVIVORS: Daughter, Tammi Brown, grandson, Matthew Brown, sister Barbara Frasher and husband, brothers Charles Hailey and wife, Bill Hailey and wife and Jerry Kennedy and wife.
