

A Visitation for Randall will be held Wednesday, August 6, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Laurel Land – Rose Hill Funeral Home, 7301 East Lancaster Ave, Fort Worth, Texas 76112, followed by a Celebration of Life at 1:00 PM, with Rev. Brock Bomkamp of First Methodist Church in Goldthwaite officiating.
Randy was born in Temple, Texas to Charles Richard and Martha Perkins Baish on July 13, 1949. After living in several areas of Texas following his father’s career, Randy graduated from Victoria High School and Sam Houston State University. He married Betty Diana Marsalia on October 11, 1980 in Harris County where he was working for the Texas Department of Public Safety.
After a 25 year career with DPS, he retired and went to work for Allied Concrete as their Safety Director. He ended his full time working career at the City of Fort Worth as their Safety Director after 12 years. Randy was adamant about public safety and continued as a part time instructor with the University of Texas at Arlington
Randy was very active with the Boy Scouts of America; served on numerous church committees and supported his boys throughout their youth participating in little league baseball as a coach and supporting the band boosters.
Randy is preceded in death by both his parents, grandparents and multiple aunts and uncles.
He is survived by his wife Betty; Sons: Robert Allen and wife Christy, Gregory William and wife Eileen, and Charles Randall and wife Renee; grandchildren Maycee, Mollie, Temperence, Jeremiah and Tucker.
