Mr. Robert Nathan Taylor Sr.

Robert Nathan Taylor, Sr. was born, March 10, 1955, from the union of Ernest Marcellos Taylor and Vernell Bryant Taylor. After enduring a long illness at Dallas VA Hospital Nathan passed on May 12, 2025. Nathan was very loved and will be missed by all that knew him.

It was at I. M. Terrell High School that Nathan Formed many lifelong friendships.

Nathan enlisted in The United States Marine Corps. After Graduation. He was a member of The Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas, Pastored by Pastor Carl McElroy.

Nathan was preceded in death by; his parents, Reverend Ernest M. Taylor and Mrs. Vernell B Taylor; son, Robert N. Taylor, Jr.; siblings, Marcille Black, Linda Jewel Taylor, Kevin Gray and Casandra Simmons., Ernest Taylor, Jr., James Taylor and Sandra Murphy. Nathan's memory will forever be in the hearts of his children, Lynell Taylor (Claudia) and Marcus Bates (Felicia); his fiancé', Mamie Catherine Robinson; brothers, Leonard Lee, Anthony Bryant, Duwayne Taylor, Sr., Paul V. Taylor, Sr. (Loretta), Robert Gray (Gladys), Phillip Gray (Renea), Jeffery Simmons; sisters, Ernetta Denise Taylor, Jocelyn Culberson (Anthony) and Sonja Davis. He leaves a host of grandchildren, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
