Robert E. Welch, 85, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, Aug. 28, 2014.
Robert was born Aug. 21, 1929, in Dora, Mo., to John and Lydia Welch. He was a longtime member of Hemphill Baptist Temple.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Survivors: His loving wife of 57 years, Lonnie; brother and sister-in-law; and numerous nieces, nephews, great- and great-great-nieces and -nephews; and one half sister.
