On Friday at 3:34 a.m., I heard Dad saying something to Mom. She motioned for me to come in the room where Dad's Hospice bed was. I wish I had recorded it. He said: "wasn't it the most beautiful thing you've ever seen? I just saw the tip of it , the edge of it. I don't think I could stand it being more beautiful without my heart just bursting!" For the next 2 hours he talked about The Lord, his family, how blessed he was. Then he said: Next Saturday is the big closing, the finale! It's going to be great!" And here we are on Saturday celebrating the precious, godly life of our husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend....what a finale to his earthly life as he met his Savior face to face!"
"Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, and which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love him." 1 Corinthians 2:9
