Sandra was born in Gainesville, Texas January 31, 1943 to Sam and Winnie Mays. Sandra was a graduate of Polytechnical High School. She married the love of her life, Paul F. Rodrick March 28, 1964, in Fort Worth. Sandra and Paul had a wonderful life together and enjoyed square dancing together for over 30 years. Sandra retired from Alcon where she worked as a secretary. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Burleson. She loved to quilt, play cards, dominos and bingo on the weekends. It brought Sandra great joy to be able to watch her grandchildren grow and play sports like baseball, soccer and basketball. She was their greatest cheerleader.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, brother-in-law, Mickey Stevens and several cousins.
She is survived by husband, Paul; sons, Marcus and wife Michelle, Brett and wife Rhonda; seven grandsons, one great-granddaughter and two great-grandsons.
