Supt. G.W. Pope life will be Celebrated 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Cornerstone Baptist Church 5415 Matlock Road, the Reverend Dwight McKissic gracious host, Supt. G.W. Pope's son Elder Alvin Pope will serve as Celebrant. Christian Commital with military honors to follow at Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Supt. G.W. Pope mortal remains will lie in repose at his church Calvary Church of God in Christ 1634 East Vickery, Friday noon til 9 p.m. with family and friends gathering at 7:00 p.m. for a time of rememberance.
