A Graveside Service will be held at Laurel Land – Rose Hill Memorial Park, located at 7301 East Lancaster Ave, Fort Worth, Texas, 76112, on Monday, December 29, 2025 at 11:00 am.
After Tess married, through the Air Force, she lived in Guam, Italy, New Hampshire, then settled in Ft Worth, TX raising her boys. She retired from GSA after 20 years. Her favorite past times were reading, crossword puzzles, spending time with her family, and her dog Tootie.
Tess is preceded in death by her parents E.E. And Geneva Raper, seven brothers and one sister, as well as her beloved aunt and uncle, Sue and Lester Duncan.
She is survived by her sons, James (Donna), Shane (Suzanne), and Patrick Calfee, grandchildren, Catie Foster (Jordan), Stephanie Lopez (Micheal), Ryan Calfee (Brianne), Whitney Walden (Micheal), and Hailey Calfee, six great-grandchildren, and favorite aunt to lots of nieces and nephews.
Special thanks and love to her niece Cindy Raper for adopting her dog Tootie!
