Barbara Ann Palmer, age 49, of Springboro, Ohio, died Sunday October 1, 2017 at Hillspring Health Care Center. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on June 21, 1968 to Richard and Julia (Ciavola) Palmer. She was employed with Hamilton County Board of MRDD. Barbara is survived by her parents Richard Palmer, mother Juli Palmer (Connor) King; two sisters, Amy Kathleen Barlean, Kimberly Diane (Mark) Davis; two step brothers, Tim Owens, Brandon Shane (Nickey) Owens; step sister, Amy Victoria (Mick) Blankenship; two nephews, Gabriel Seth Barlean, Austin Gearing; five nieces, Megan (Dennis) Blankenship; Meredith Owens, Ashley Davis, Abby, Emily Harrison; two great nephews, Cooper Blankenship, Owen Blankenship; and maternal grandmother, Lillie Palmer. Funeral services are 6:00 pm Wednesday October 4, 2017 at Anderson Funeral Homes 40 North Main Street Springboro, Ohio.Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
