Betty Parker

Betty Jean Parker passed away peacefully at the age of 86 on December 12, 2023. She was born in West Carrollton, Ohio on November 5, 1937. Betty was a loving mother of three children Pam Parker-Topp, Tim (Missy) Parker & Jim (Teresa) Parker; grandmother of eight Kala (Jordan) Miller, Brad (Chloe) Topp, Parker Topp, Cody (Laura) Ferguson IV, Chase E. Parker, Chad (Heidi) Parker, Derrick (Sandra) Parker and Tiffany (Ryan) Doran; and great grandmother to 15 great grandchildren. Betty was the youngest of seven children. They included Laura Carr, Don Carr, Tom Carr, Reecie Carr, Virgil Carr, and Freddy Carr. She was predeceased by her husband of 58 years C. James Parker, who died July 23, 2012, a grandson Chase E. Parker and her siblings.

Betty was a homemaker and longtime employee of Carlisle Local School District where she drove a school bus. She was also a longtime member of several local churches in the Carlisle and Franklin area.

A visitation for Betty will be held Monday, December 18, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Anderson Funeral Homes Springboro, 40 North Main Street, Springboro, OH 45066, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM with burial at Evergreen Cemetery in West Carrollton
