Cassie Howard, age 79, of Miamisburg, Ohio, died Sunday March 9, 2014 at Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties. She was born in Perry County, Kentucky on May 24, 1934 to Joe and Lizzie Mullins. Cassie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Willie and a grandson, Craig. She is survived by her daughter, Lois (Rob) Niles; 3 sons, Joe Howard Sr., William Kelly (Jayte) Howard, and Derrick (Jennifer) Howard; 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She also leaves a brother, Clarence Mullins, and a sister, Wanda Faye Fugate. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Friday March 14, 2014 at the Anderson Funeral Homes, 1357 East Second Street, Franklin, Ohio, with Pastors Jeff Fugate and Chris Fugate officiating.
