Charles Steven Lindon

Charles was a graduate of Franklin High School Class of 1967. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1968 to 1972. His career at AK Steel began in 1973 until 2006. He worked in various departments, retiring from the zinc grip department. After retirement, he also worked at Atrium Medical Center before becoming a custodian for St. Mary Church in Franklin.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Catherine (Carberry) Lindon, son Benjamin Steven Lindon and wife Alexis, granddaughter Avery Ann Lindon, sisters, Sondra Smith (Anthony), Patsy Lindon Jensen (Thomas), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews, extended families, neighbors, AK Steel buddies, Knights of Columbus and St. Mary of Assumption friends.

Visitation will be held on November 1, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. 2nd St., Franklin, OH. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on November 2, 2021 at 10:00 am at St Mary of the Assumption Church, 9579 Yankee Rd, Springboro, Ohio, with Reverend James Manning, Celebrant. Burial will be at Woodhill Cemetery with Military Honors.
