He was born September 14, 1936 in Hamilton, Ohio the son of Bradie Spence and Irene (Haggard) Spence. Charles is survived by his son, James F. (P. Betz) Spence of Middletown, two sisters, Joy (husband, Lee) Durbin of Fairfield and Sharon (husband, Robert) Malone of Indiana; a brother, Brady Spence of Florida; his loving companion, Eloise; and a special friend of the family, Cameron Hohenbrink. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Sandra Spence.
