

Charles "Chuck" Dean Worthy, age 75, of Miamisburg, Ohio, died Thursday February 25, 2016 at Sycamore Medical Center. He was born in Mansville, Oklahoma on September 9, 1940 to James and Omeago (Weems) Worthy. Chuck served in the US Air Force for 7 years as an Airman 1st Class. Chuck served as the Director of After Market Sales with Motoman for 15 years and retired in 2006. He was preceded in death by his father, James Wesley Worthy, mother, Omeago Worthy, brother, James Wesley Worthy, Jr., and sister, Annie Lou Adame. Chuck is survived by his wife of 53 years, Donna Rae (Jacobsen) Worthy; daughter, Shelly Huston and her husband Jeff; son, Darren Worthy and his wife Cherie; and his grandchildren Jenna Narey, Zac and Rachel Huston, Celeste, Carissa, and Justin Worthy; two great granddaughters, Audrie Lambe and Cambrie Narey; two sisters, Carolyn Canning and Peggy Worthy; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services are 10:00 am Tuesday March 1, 2016 at Anderson Funeral Homes 40 North Main Street Springboro, Ohio with Pastor Cornelious Hancock officiating.
