Crystal was employed with Children's of Alabama. She served as a very proud R.N. for 16 years. She enjoyed the time that she spent with her family, friends and dogs.
She was preceded in death by her beloved dad, Gary "Jake" Jacobs. Crystal is survived by her husband of 6 years, William "Joey" Chasteen; her children, Jordyn Chasteen;, Morgan Williams; her mother, Sheri "Jeanie" Jacobs; her sister, Missi (Tracy) Shanks; numerous nieces, nephews, family, friends; and her dogs, Pixie, Parker and Corazon.
Visitation will be Monday June 26, 2023 from 3pm to 5pm at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E 2nd St Franklin, OH, followed by the Funeral Service at 5pm with Pastor Tyrone Cole officiating. I lieu of flowers donations may be made to the local Humane Society.
