She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Ben Phillips; son, Benjamin G. Phillips; sister, Betty McGuire; and brother, Doyle Wayne Raby.
Gail is survived by her sisters, Linda (Paul) Collins, Doris Sullivan, and Marsha Noble; brother, Lewis (Joyce) Raby; nieces, Sheila Sullivan, Angie Raby, and Paula Collins; nephews, Joey Monk, Stevie Sullivan, Chris McGuire, Scott McGuire, Keith (Holly) Raby, Eric (Amber) Raby, John Raby, Brandon Marsh,Brian Raby, Mike Raby, and Clint (Shelly) Collins; sister in law, Helen Raby; as well as many great nieces and great nephews.
A visitation for Gail will be held Wednesday, December 20, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Miami Valley Memory Gardens, 1639 E. Lytle Five Points Road, Dayton, OH 45458, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM.
