Donald came into our life's four years ago! at first it was just a normal friendship but he grew quickly to a family member. Don never wanted nothing in return just peoples friend ships! I watched don reach out to children,adults that needed help He never wanted a thank you. Just always wanted to help others. We came quickly to love Donald as did he of us i feel. if you were sick he'd call at least two or three times a day, just to check in and ask if he could help in anyway! Dons special love was with cats! it didn't matter if they were sick,well he loved them all! as I'm writing this I am setting here with a smile on my face thinking about one time i will share here, Donald came into our house on day crying, I thought he was hurt or sick, Only to calm him down enough he said that mother cat that hasn't been around here in a week, has returned! it was raw love for these cats that caused this. Our family spent the last few minutes of his life with him at a picture show. he was feeling great as we left the show at 12:15 A.M. Donald called for emergency help on his phone at 12:31 A.M. I truly wish in his last 16 minutes we could have been there to hold his hand and say your going to heaven now, Don your work here is done! I miss don more than words can say there i sent a day that has went by since he joined the Orchestra in heaven That I haven't walked outside,fed his remaining cats,seen a car that looked like his,and not wanted to cry! He depended on our family for guidance, I depended on Donald to teach me what compassion meant. Don if your reading this in heaven, I hope you approve!
