MS EDITH WAS A PLEASURE AND A CHALLENGE TO TAKE ON AS A PATIENT. I HAVE GREAT MEMORIES OF OUR TIME SPENT TOGETHER, OUR LONG TALKS, LAUGHS WE SHARED, AND HER WORDS OF WISDOM. I USE TO SIT FOR HOURS IN HER ROOM LONG AFTER I'VE DONE MY NURSING CARE WITH HER BECAUSE SHE WAS SUCH A JOY TO BE AROUND. I WILL NEVER FORGET HER SHARP MIND AND HER WITTY, DRY SENSE OF HUMOR. I MET SOME GREAT PEOPLE WHO WERE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS WOMAN INCLUDING PAM AND JIMMY. MY GREATEST CONDOLENCES TO THOSE WHO WERE LUCKY ENOUGH TO HAVE THIS WOMAN TOUCH THEIR LIVES IN SOME WAY. SHE WAS TRULY ONE OF THE BEST PATIENTS I'VE TAKEN CARE OF.

Edith was a wonderful and thoughtful neighbor for over 10 years. We miss you! Jimmy, our thoughts and prayers are with you.

When we moved downtown, we were surprised to find a beautiful planter on our back porch, a gift from Edith. She was wonderfully thoughtful of all.

Edith was one of a kind and we will miss her dearly. We are yet another story of her matchmaking abilities. I was caring for Joe C. and Colin was helping her with the house then 7 years and 2 children later, we owe all we have, all our happiness to the Lord and to Ms.Edith for introducing us. My Goodness did she ever know how to LIVE life to the fullest!!
